Solution to Crime

A right can only be violated by the initiation of physical force (and its corollary fraud, which is an indirect use of force).

Under capitalism, a crime is any act that is a violation of individual rights of another (a corollary of this principle is that an act which forcibly, or fraudulently, interferes with the government’s protection of individual rights is also a crime.)
